Jerry is an IICRC-certified cleaning and restoration technician who began his career in fiber care in 1979.  He has been the backbone of the business since day one and still is involved at every stage of your carpet care.  You may call him anytime to discuss ANY concern or suggestion.  ALL ways improving...we value your input. 

 

Philip Biondolillo is the lead technician.  Phil attends WWU and studies the language arts.   Through many years of on the job experience,  classroom  and hands on training seminars,   Phil has attained the highest level of cleaning certification in our industry as a "Master Cleaner".    

 

Additionally, Phil has certifications in  Upholstery Cleaning, Carpet Repair and Re-Installation, water restoration and more.

 

Mike Surprenant joined Swansen's in June of 2002 with an extensive background in carpet care and customer service.  Mike is certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification.   In addition to his certification in Carpet Cleaning, Mike is a Certified Water Damage Restoration (Drying) Technician, Certified Upholstery Care Technician and a Certified Odor Control Technician.
